This policy covers Waspari (waspari.co.nz). It sets out the details the quote form and phone line pick up, and where they go. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
The details involved
The form asks for a name, a phone number, a suburb, the nest location and optional notes. When you call, the phone system records your number and the time of the call.
Why we collect it
To pass your request to a local pest controller who can quote on the job, and to follow up if the request does not reach them. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell it.

How long we keep it
Up to 24 months, so we can answer questions about a job. Then it is deleted.
Your rights
Ask us at any time for a copy of your details, or for them to be fixed or erased. Email [email protected]. If our reply falls short, the Privacy Commissioner accepts complaints.
Call and form tracking
We use WhatConverts to measure which pages and campaigns bring in enquiries. When you visit, it records the page address, the page you came from and any campaign details in the link. When you send the form or phone us, it records that enquiry, including call details such as the caller's number and the time of the call. The phone number shown on the site may be a tracking number that forwards to us.
WhatConverts holds this data for us on its own systems, and may use cookies or similar browser storage to connect a visit to an enquiry. We use it only to see which pages work, not to sell or advertise to you.
Cookies and fonts
This site sets no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address.
